Return Policy

Vendifyhub Return & Refund Policy

At Vendifyhub, customers may return eligible items within 3 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition, packaging, and include all accessories.

Please note that certain categories are not eligible for return.


1. Return Eligibility

You may return an item if:

✔ Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • The item was delivered broken or defective.
  • The packaging was damaged upon delivery.
  • You received a wrong item.
  • The item was used, expired, fake, or inauthentic.

Once validated and returned to the vendor, both the item cost and shipping fee will be refunded where applicable.


✔ Faulty After Use

If an item stops functioning properly after use, it may be returned except:

  • Boxed electronics such as computers, mobile phones, and other gadgets.
  • Clothing items.
  • Boxed equipment.
  • Consumable products.

✔ Size-Related Issues

  • If the size is correct but does not fit as expected, only clothing and shoes are eligible for return.
  • Other product categories are not eligible for return due to sizing concerns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are not eligible for return unless the item is wrong, damaged, defective, or fake:

  • Underwear, lingerie, and socks
  • Nightwear
  • Beach and swimwear
  • Facial skincare
  • Fragrances
  • Hair care products
  • Handbags
  • Food and consumable items
  • Health and hygiene products
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Books
  • Software CDs
  • Jewelry
  • Bedsheets

Additionally:

  • Customized or special-order items are non-refundable.
  • Items delivered in good condition but damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Step 1: Submit a Complaint

  • Click on “Incomplete Order” on the product listing page.
  • Send your order details and supporting evidence to: contact@vendifyhub.ng
  • Report the issue immediately within the 3-day return window.

Step 2: Authorization

  • Once your claim is reviewed and approved, Vendifyhub will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Step 3: Resolution

  • After the vendor confirms receipt of the returned item, Vendifyhub will assist in ensuring the issue is resolved.

4. Packaging Requirements

All eligible returns must:

  • Be properly packed in their original packaging.
  • Include all original tags, labels, and accessories.
  • Be returned in the same condition as delivered.

Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received by the vendor.


5. Refund Policy

Once the vendor confirms receipt and validation of the returned item:

  • The cost of the item will be refunded.
  • If the return is approved or the item was not delivered, the purchase amount will be refunded.
  • For incorrect, defective, or damaged items, delivery fees will also be refunded.

However:

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or size not fitting, delivery fees will not be refunded.
  • Refund requests must be made within the stated 3-day return period.
